By accessing, browsing, or using the ji999 website located at https://ji999.bio (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "ji999"), creating a player account, or placing any bet or wager on any game offered through the Platform, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

4.4 Funds Origin

6.4 Disputed Results

If you wish to dispute the outcome of any game or bet, you must submit your dispute to the ji999 support team within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant game round or event result being determined. Disputes submitted after this window will not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or extracts value not intended by the game design.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
